Farmhouse refurbishment and barn conversion, Northumberland.

This 17th Century farm house with new frontage constructed in the 1850s is Grade II Listed. The proposals include refurbishment of the existing farmhouse, and extension into the adjoining barns to either side to provide additional living accommodation. The proposals retain all the historic features of the building, whilst providing a new thermal envelope and finishes.
